Provided by YP.comSales personal for ATV was bad so I ended up in Victoria, what a world of difference. Now I have ordered from the parts dept and it is turning out as bad. I don't know what the problem is with this dealership but it looks like I will doing all my business with Velocity Powersports in Victoria.

Provided by YP.comThis is the worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their used bikes are incredibly overpriced. They wanted over $5k for a 10 year old sport bike with 20k miles. I first went there to have them see how much it would cost to install a bolt I was having a hard time getting in. The guy told me I would have to leave the bike for several days before they could even look at it. It would have taken him maybe 2 minutes just to look at and at least let me know if they could fix it while I wait or if it would be more work (I ended up doing it myself in about half hour) Then, I ordered the bolt and nut from them as well. It cost over $30, and they said they would notify me when it came in. This was a critical engine bolt mind you. It had been over a week so I called, and they already had it. Not sure how long it was there before I waited. Another time I went to get my state inspection. I waited nearly 15 minutes at the front desk before anyone came to help me. The tech in the back looked at me several times then walked away. When I asked for a state inspection the guy said, "NOPE," with an almost rude amusement tone of voice. When I asked why he said it was because they were out of stickers. Yeah, that happens, but no need to be so rude. I ended up taking my bike to another dealership that doesn't even service Yamaha's, and the guys were very friendly and reasonable to work with.

Provided by YP.comSalesman Johnny was one of the worse customer service people I have ever met. I asked a few questions and his feedback was negative. If you dont buy from them, (they will NOT put your needs first). So Do Not bring bike to them get fixed. Nothing he said had any positive feedback to me. To the point, he doesnt represent someone who wants to help you but "im in a hurry" attitude.

Provided by YP.comThis dealer will not honor national warranties on products it sells unless you purchase from them. The fact they have a contractual obligation is irrelevant to this arrogant and rude dealership. In fact, even when you purchase a motorcycle from them (which I have done) they are still miserable to deal with. FYI, Yamaha doesn't care as well. Their business must be really good.

Exceptional sales help, warranty and routine service work. We go out of our way to visit this dealer and would go no where else.
