HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. ONLY CHECKED ON THE PATIENT EVERY HOUR AND A HALF. WHEN CALLED RARELY CAME ON THE FIRST CALL, WE HAD TO CALL THE NURSES TWICE OR THREE TIMES EVERY TIME.
AND THEY NEVER KNOW WHEN AND IF THE DOCTORS ON THAT FLOOR WILL SHOW UP.
THATS TOO BAD PATIENTS ARE ALREADY TOO SICK TO MOVE TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL.
DIDN'T HAVE THIS PROBLEM WHEN I WAS AT BAY AREA.
SOMEONE NEEDS TO CHECK THAT FLOOR OUT ASAP!!

Horrible! I went in to the ER with chest pains, couldn't breathe and had a bad back ache. No test were run. They game me a painkiller and sent me home saying I was just having a back ache. Went to my doctor, turned out I had a slight heart attack, bronchitis and a UTI. Ridiculous that they billed me even when I took the reports from my doctor. They claimed with my symptoms they took appropriate steps. DON'T EVER DO THERE! The staff at the Shoreline hospital told me that they constantly mis diagnose and they are know as a maternity hospital only.

I gave birth to my child there and service was great, everybody, ans the staff was great. So now my child goes to see his doctor visits at the hospital and I just recommend that anybody with the first baby being born, Spohn South hospital helped a lot.

I made an ER visit to Christus Spohn hospital.



About two weeks later I got two seperate bills, one for lab work and one for ER services. On the bills they indicated that I did have or provide insurance information when I visited, which is incorrect.



A day or two later I received a letter from my insurance company stating that Christus Spohn attempted to file a claim with my insurance company, however they submitted my social security number incorrectly. I contacted both my insurance company and the company that did my lab work and they both said the same thing... wrong social.



Not only are they incapable of pressing proper numbers on a keyboard (which caused me hours of headache trying to figure out what happened), but the amount that they billed my insurance provider is a different amount than what they billed me.



Could it be that they are committing insurance fraud as well?



Not to mention the service was horrendous during the actual ER visit.

Great staff and took great care of me.

The nursing staff was very caring and informative!

These people are horrible...they are VERY rude and make it seem like we are a bother! lazy staff!! i DO NOT recommend anybody come to this hospital!
