I actually agree with the previous reviewer on most of what they wrote, but those things are called “efficiency”. Their office is run very efficiently! (and the ladies in the front are SUPER SWEET!)
For instance, when you make an appointment, that’s when you will be called back. No waiting for hours in the waiting room. They absolutely respect your time.
As for the humming, maybe he just enjoys his job? 🤔
