Got there a little before opening...but Alex unlocked doors early and let us in. Gave us a look at exactly what we asked for. Completed out purchase in less than 15 minutes!

I had a wonderful experience with my salea associate Tracy. She was very helpful and made sure to get me the best deal possible. She was also very patient and made the process fast and easy. Super happy with my purchase and can't wait to recieve it!

The sales person (Alex) was a great change to the definition of customer service... I can go anywhere and know I'll be approved, but when o ask questions about any product when at a store, I just get the short answers to get the hurry up and buy response so they can just get the "sale" and generally don't give two craps about their actual customers. But when I was at Ashleys, Alex made sure to answer ANY of my questions and make sure I was taken care of at the fullest. As well as worked with me on prices, made sure I saw every option before I made my final decision on things. And walled away almost spending 10k worth of stuff. And they will definitely have me as a return customer JUST because of the customer service alone.

Furniture is good looking and found what we were looking for. Staff and salesperson were very friendly and not pressuring. Pricing was great also. Thanks for a very fine experience.

Tracy Bierstedt was amazing. Her main concern and focus was making my house a home. She made sure I would be happy coming home daily. And even after changing my mind a few times, she always kept a smile. She kept constant communication with me and did what she said would do. Very professional

Me and my Husband went in 2 weeks ago to get a new bedframe and Cindy helped us a lot. We are still waiting on the phone call to schedule the delivery though. ☹️

I had a really good time working with Cindy my sales lady. She was patient and helpful in helping to coordinate all the pieces I was looking at for a couple of rooms. You should ask for Cindy when you go into Ashley on SPID in Corpus Christi her knowledge of the products is a big plus!!

Went looking for a new bedroom set. And a very nice young lady was helping me on what to pick. I believe her name was Destiny.

Jesse was a breath of fresh air to work with. He was very professional with a lot of product knowledge.

I purchased a bed from the Ashley's on SPID in Corpus Christi, Texas. I wouldn't have made this purchase had it not been for the patience and pleasant nature of the saleswoman, Cindy Groce. She helped me without being too pushy. But she cetainly is persuasive, since I was going to wait until I shopped other places first. Because of her, I didn't feel I needed to.

The sells person called me stupid for wanting to shop around before I made a purchase there. Also he was on Facebook the entire time!!!! The guys name was Alex and he was very rude!

Got our furniture with one electric cord missing. Was told that it could take up to two weeks to get one.

We have had horrible customer service! We ordered 1 item 8 weeks ago and still have not received it! Everytime i call the delivery date gets pushed back and they refuse to give our money back. I will NEVER shop at any Ashley store ever again!!

They are horrible! I have been trying to get a pair of leather recliners for the last two months and they can't get it right. Then when I went to the store for a refund, they claim to not have a restroom for my 4 year old to use. They offer me another recliner since the one I wanted has since been discontinued, but want to charge me extra and for the shipping even though I have already paid it. Paperwork lost, phone calls not returned, being hung up on, and a manager that is unreachable. I am still fighting just to get my money back. Please do yourself a favor... do not shop here.
