Not only do they not make restitution on damaged items, they don't even have the courtesy or business ethics to call you when they say the owner will. Then when you call, it's just an outtoing message with no way to leave a message or reach a human. Worst Dry Cleaners experience I've had anywhere in my 54 years of living--in Corpus and other US cities!

The post before was true about A's cleaners they are thieves and will not pay for damages they cause. So if you have anything of value find another cleaners and if they lose your clothes just check the employee bags because they and the Arnold's will have your items!!!

I wonder if fran was an angry ex employee. Ive always enjoyed the Arnold's. Great folks, and great service.

DO NOT use this trashy, low class, unprofessional so-called service provider!! They will RUIN your clothes!! The manager Ray Arnold is very arrogant and does not care about his customer's clothing. Customer service is downright rude!! I took in a couple of new shirts and when I received them back two of them had a blue staining all over the shirts – front and back. When I showed the manager he said the staining was from the shirts themselves however neither shirt was blue.



You can disregard that review from 2012 below. It was most likely written by an employee. The management team and owner are the complete opposite of "exceptionally nice", and Ray Arnold does not care about his customers. If he did, he would have taken care of the two shirts that were ruined by his staff.

The Wedensday special is awesome! Great management team and the owner is exceptionally nice you could tell he really cares about his customers!
