Ronnie Lightfoot was our technician. He was quick, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Diagnosed our problem and explained step by step what he needed to do to get us up and running. My AC was out for a few days in 100* heat over the Memorial Day wknd (Friday - Monday). I called 2 other companies and did not receive service. I called Annaville AC and they came out on Memorial Day and had my unit ordered and installed next day. Very friendly and professional service with affordable prices. Was not charged overtime or holiday fees. Thanks for your great customer service!
