They could care less about the elderly that they are supposed to take care of. I spent over 3 hours today doing Amerigroups job for them. They refuse to answer and return calls. They also do not know what is going on with the provider services that they deal with on a day to day routine for the disabled and elderly. what the heck is going on with the health care for the disabled and elderly in America. Kimberly Jones in the Beaumont office in Texas is a joke and a big liar.
