When I called to their office, I explained clearly that the the hearing test is required for VA's office and application for disability. I asked if they accept our insurance, and they did. The results of the test were politely and clearly explained. When I asked to give a copy of it, I was explained they charge $86 for it. To get it free I had to go back to VA clinic where I was a day before to have them fax a request. At the hearing center they did't have a sample of the request, so it took them some time to figure it out. I give one star to this office because I was not given full information about the way they release information. If I would have known how much
