Amazing vacation rental offerings, and their sales team is one of the best on the island of Coronado

Horrible experience with them as management company.

They jerked me around saying they had a tenant for our beachfront coronado shores 3 BR 4 BA condo for a 1 month lease, then a 1 year lease, then a 6 month lease, did not show or offer it to anyone else, then 4 days AFTER the lease has supposedly started called me and said the tenant "changed their mind" and had never signed the lease or moved in.



Avoid. Hard to reach, poor communication skills, poor coordination skills.
