WORSE HAIR SALON TO GO, ALL THEY DO ITS TALK ABOUT THEIR CLIENT WHILE THEY SMILING TO YOUR FACE, SPECAILLY CARMEN HEAVY SET DARK SKIN VERY RUDE I CONFRONT HER , AFTER SHE FUNISH MY HAIR , SHE SWEAR SHE WAS REFFERING ABOUT A FAMILY MEMBER WHEN I STATING TELLING WAHT SHE WAS SAYING IN SPANISH ,SHE SAID "YES YOU VERY UGLY PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOMINICAN HAIR SALON, THEY RACIST

Katty's is a typical Dominican salon that sits off on the side of a supermarket. You would not notice it unless you lived in the area and just knew it was there. The place is very small and is not a salon that you would want to take your children to wait for you. However, the ladies are extremely pleasant and they will make you feel right at home. You may be greeted with some spanish music and/ or a telenovela on the television screen but you will definitely get quality service in a fun environment. All of the ladies are exceptional at the wash and set but the lady that does my hair, Gloria, has been doing my hair since I was teenager and she is always on point. She is good with trimming (for all of those who are scared of Dominicans chopping off, I mean, trimming your hair). She is fast and efficient and will educate you on her tactics and about your hair. If you are looking for a great wash and set, and want your style to last for weeks at a time, Katty's is a great place to go with great prices!
