I contacted this company as it was under warranty for 2 years as the seller of our home had used them for the termite inspection during the sale. It was cleared by this company in October and by February I found termites on one of our exposed roof beams. On initial contact Joe(who states he is the owner of the business) arrived unprepared for the job. He and his employee took a brief look of the area with termites and stated that they would return the next day. I agreed as I felt they were trying to fulfill the terms of their warranty. The appointment for the next day was for 11 am. I had to call at 1145 and ask what the delay for their 11 o'clock was. Joe didn't seem to remember he even had an 11 am appointment and proceed to ask for the address once more. He stated he'd arrive in 30 minutes only to call 20 minutes later to say it would be an hour and a half. It actually took 2 more hours and wasted half of my day. Joe is unprofessional and was unapologetic about about his lack of timeliness until confronted about it. If you're looking for a professional termite company don't come looking here. The fact that their "work" was only good for 3 months should give you an idea of how shoddy it is. Even though the work would technically be free as it's under warranty I decided to go with another company as I didn't trust Joe to do a good job. Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere as well.
