This is a company that has been in business for over 30 years. It prides itself on good service. We have dealt with them many times through the years and have had absolutely no problems with service or quality of the product.. Our questions have always been answered in a timely and professional way.

I am an packaging designer. I called with a request for (what I believed to be) a standard but rarely used washer design. The man who answered helped me but was willing to only help me to a point. He said he had nothing like what I needed and had never seen it before. I wanted to further check within the industry to see if any OEM's had produced the tooling for manufacturing this washer design and asked him to recommend a few names of large nut/bolt/washer OEM's with whom I might inquire at which point he said "You are wasting my time and promptly hung up on me." Unfortunately, when I get good service from suppliers, I thank them but I don't take the trouble to leave good reviews (how many of us do?). However, when I get rude service, I go out of my way to document that rude service. Hence, this review. JRH
