This doctor engages in what is commonly referred to as upcharging. You pay a consult through the door, then you have to come back for the actual appt and pay again, then pay for labs, and then they hold your test results "hostage" for another "consult fee". When you call them on this outrageous behavior they backpedal and say you can come in and pick up your test results and figure them out for yourself, no letter, no email, no phone call from the doctor to say you are okay or not okay, you have to pay for that information. I would not recommend this doctor to my dog.
