Marco from MDe Home inspection is very thorough, he checks places in the house, that most would not think of looking. It is a low price for peace of mind before purchasing a home, also It is a good idea to have your home inspected before selling, for ease of selling,

Worst inspector ever. Do not trust Marco when it comes to plumbing. He gave everything a clean bill but that was far from the case. After living in the house for less than 2 weeks we had a leaking master bath toilet valve, a clog in the master bath sink, a leak from the cold water kitchen sink valve, and a leak from the dishwasher valve. There were parts already under the sink to replace said issues but obviously repairs were not completed. One would think a licensed "inspector" would recognize this and make more. DO NOT trust this clown. DO NOT let him charge you $250+ while he chats you up instead of doing his job. My mistake was trusting him to actually do his job instead of following him as he inspected and asking questions.
