Duct-O-Wire provides a great product at a great price. I have delt with the company on many different occasions, and they are still old fasioned, no automated telephones or voicemails here. It makes it seem like a company that takes pride in the busniess they provide. Recently, a new gentlemen has joined the team and each time I call in I ask for Harold. Each time he answers I know I am going to get the best customer service from him. He goes out of his way to provide me with answers to anything I have. On top of that, he isn't as strict with the minimum billing they put into effect, unlike the other service men. Because of his service and the quality of parts provided by Duct-O-Wire, I give this company a 5 star rating.
