They were very friendly. The flowers were great. Delivery was on time. The only problem was that the shop was very crowded.

I placed my order online, but called just to make sure it would be delivered on time. When I called they said they couldn't deliver it until after 6 o'clock which wouldn't work since it was to a business. I tried to see if they could rush it and the guy rudely said no. I had them cancel my order but they told me to call back the next day to make sure it was cancelled since they were so busy. I ended up calling a different corona florist. They were so nice and professional. Today, I noticed that I was charged from a corona florist. The first thing that popped into my mind was the cancelled order. I called (just like I was told). They gave me a really hard time, sounded like they were digging through a mess of paperwork. They asked if my account was charged and I said yes. However, after about 6 minutes of them searching, they said my account was never charged. I instantly figured out that the charge was from the other company that I went with. BEFORE I had a second to tell him the guy on the phone said, "Why did you lie to me- Why are you a liar!" I couldn't believe it. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. When I told him I was going to write a bad review about him he said he didn't care. So here you go... bad customer service equals NO CUSTOMERS.

I had the most difficult time placing my order at corona florist, that should have been my first clue to go somewhere else. I couldn't really make out a lot of what they were saying because they could barley speak any English, I had to spell out the simplest words. On top of the difficulties even placing the order, the flowers were a disaster and died with in 3 days. I called to complain and they would do nothing about it, so please LIKE ME take your business ELSEWHERE!!!

Beautiful flower arrangements. Deliver flowers on time. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend anyone who loves flower arrangement.

I am using this florist for over 23 years now, i have used them for my wedding, anniversary and my childrens birthdays and prom, they have the best flowers and customer service is very helpful. I strongly recommend using them. :-)

Corona florist is the best florist in corona. There have great quality. They always deliver on time and the flowers last long. I have been using corona florist for like 20 years now , and have never been disappointed. Their employees are very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work !
