Provided by YP.comI really love the way Lori cuts my hair- BUT I hate having to endure her loud, unprofessional foul mouth- last time she was bantering back and forth with one of her employees as if they were lovers- YUK! Come on Lori- clean up your act! She has a problem with focusing on one customer at a time- she spent most of MY visit worrying over another unhappy customer.. kept walking away in the middle of cutting my hair- I'm sorry- it made me feel less than important...
If I could find a better salon, I'm out of there!

Wow. That's amazing. I realize its been a while, but we just saw this review. I can't apoligize enough and I can assure you this is not the case at Untangled Salon.
