The folks running/that own the store are the NICEST, most personable people I've ever met in a jewelry store. They go out of their way to help you find EXACTLY what you're looking for.



On a more personal note, I took my very sick Mama's ring in to be repaired. We told the owner the story of the ring and how my brother and I gave it to her when she and Daddy were divorced. He REALLY took in the story. When I came back in (just a few days later) the ring looked better than it ever had before. ~and I'm SURE that he didn't charge us enough.



I'll never go anywhere else. By far the best.

The retail jewelry business typically has a huge mark up, but Kimball's prices are exceptional.



I have been married before and bought my first engagement ring at a traditional jewelry store in Southpark Mall. It was a beautiful ring, but when I got divorced, I was fortunate to get close to 50% of what we originally paid for it.



I purchased my wedding ring, wedding band, diamond earrings and a watch from Kimball over the years. I shopped around and knew what I wanted and know that I got a great price. I have also referred my friends to him and they have been pleased as well.



I am getting ready to help my father-in-law's fiancee pick out her diamond and guess where we are going?
