I had 3 pairs of pants dropped off the same day as the previous review and they were great. Not only were all three done right, they rushed them for me in two days. I guess the person who did the length and cuff on my pants was different. We just moved here and I will be using O'Sew Clean again.

Not a good tailor. Used poor methods and was argumentative. First attempt at tailoring suit pants left them 2 inches too long. Second attempt left suit paints 1 inch too short. I had 4 suit pants altered at the same time and all 4 had inconsistent lengths. One suit had a different length on the left leg vs the right leg. I asked for a refund of $12 for the one pair of pants and I was told I didn't know what I was talking about. O'Sew Not Good would be a more accurate business name.
