.I sent this message to Linda Smith McCulloch, an employee at Ryan's in Corinth.

Have you ever heard that the customer is always right? Your dissatisfied coustomer came there with her family. She asked for a discount, because she has a lapband and unable to eat more than a couple of spoons full. People throw away more leftover food than what her stomach could hold. She even presented you with her card from the doctor explaining her situation. You posted that she made a scene. I think you are the one responsible for any confusion. You didn't just lose one customer but her whole family. Check with your supervisor and see if it was worth it. I am a vegetarian and often eat buffet. My bill is always adjusted accordingly. I'm sure others share my concern for your lack of understanding of customers' need.

The food was cold, the service was horrific, never got one refill, two employees actually got into a loud cursing fight!
