Keith G. Haynes AKA Cross City Roofing has been working on our little church almost 4 years now on a job that was supposed to be finished in one year. He is working for us still. Final opinion still to be determined.

He may be an okay roofer but he is incredibly dishonest & in over his head with remodeling projects. He caused more damage than was there to begin with and kept making mistakes that turned a minor job into a major one and a complete disaster.

Do yourself a favor and skip this so called company and hire a contractor and not these bunch of misfits. I learned the hard way....

This company may be a roofer but I'm here to tell you he is NO remodeler. If you need remodeling work call a contractor not a roofer. His men are not remodeler's although they were very respectful and honest but Mr. Keith had to call in a professional remodeler to finish up. He made so many promises and told us to do this and to do that that it would look so nice and beautiful well it's not beautiful and I'm so sad and disappointed in how it turned out and all the lies that were told but we will get it the way we want it and do the work ourselves. Thanks for nothing Mr. Keith.
