We have 2 AC units and one wasn't working. He came over checked everything and turned out it was the outside breaker that had flipped off for some reason. He could have easily said there was something major wrong as these are old systems. He was also quick to accommodate our schedule, we called last minute because we were having company and it was July and really hot. He came right over and we were cooling off within 15 minutes.

Exceptional price. Mr. Thomas checked refrigerant level and electrical system. My A/C was up and running in minutes. Even though my A/C system is about 10 years old, he was interested in getting all of the life out of my system...instead of selling me a new one.

He did everything we expected and more. He answered all of our questions and explained how our AC system worked so that we could understand why he cleaned what and what we could do to help our system work better and longer. We will never call another tech.....ever
