NO STARS! I would NOT recommend this company! They put the wrong DVD player in my new truck, the exact one that I said I didn't want. They said the one I wanted was not available. Then they wanted to charge a restock fee for the wrong one. An employee hit a pole and damaged my car. They told me their insurance would cover the repairs and scheduled body work through Hot Wheels. By GPS I found my truck outside city limits. I found out that the owner of Hot Wheels was driving my truck all over the place. I went to Hot Wheels and found my truck with the passenger seat lying completely down, the baby car seat unbelted and lying in the back and food on the back seat. The owner of Hot Wheels said he was doing a friend a favor by fixing my car. I was pissed and took my truck. The owner of Stereo One refused to pay to fix my car. They have filed bankruptcy and this could drag on and on. Customers beware!!

If I could just give a zero, I would. We live in Tipton County, he called them before we left, and we drove all the way there, and they didn't tell my husband he needed 2 keys to program the remote start to install it. Apparently, they DO NOT care how much inconvenience they cause their customers! Well, we will not be a customer! !

Walking in the door, as well as leaving, everyone was nice and knowledgeable. Well set up store (Germantown Rd) and wide range of products.

Had a remote start, amplifier, headunit, and speakers installed....all work flawless



However...



They lost a remote to my amplifier, kept my tools I had in my car, and kept whatever remained of the speaker wire I had provided.



Good work overall, but do not expect it to be a flawless transaction
