I took a cat in that appeared to have had a seizure. They took her in right away, the tech took the cat "to draw blood". A few minutes later I was told by a DR that it could not have been a seizure because "she had bitten her tongue ,and that did not happen with cats. She must have fallen or run into something in order to bite her tongue". She was given a penicillin injection and sent home with some amoxillin....That will be $150.00 thank you...The next day we called to see if they had any results from the blood work....the person on the phone said no blood was drawn...As far as I am concerned they dropped the ball. Now I have to go to my vet on monday and spend another $100 for a check and blood work that should have been done at MedVet. This was my experience, yours may have been different.
