Very quick and easy process. Crew was crazy good and safe and cleaned up after themselves. We would highly recommend if you need your roof repaired or replaced please use Masters. You will be very happy that you did.

The interaction between Master's Roofing company and myself was professional from start to completion. For example, their technician sat with me and explained every aspect step by step. He even used a simulated so that I would have a visual representation. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Excellent customer service, product and performance. I was looking for a contractor who could handle the whole job: roof replacement, skylight replacement, interior water damage, repairs, replacement windows, etc. I was fortunate to find Masters Roofing and in particular their Sales person Barry Roberts. From day one Barry made sure everything was handled in the most customer friendly and efficient manner. He walked me thru every step of the process, which in times past had been extremely difficult to navigate with other contractors. He made sure that everything was covered in the estimate, repairs were performed correctly, the work was done professionally and with as little inconvenience as possible. I even had to call for an emergency roofing issue after hours and he went out of his way to handle that promptly and with a smile. His service absolutely exceeded expectations, and confirmed that choosing Masters Roofing for all my needs was the best decision I could have made. I also appreciate Tony and Jeff from Masters who followed up on the interior work and windows and made sure it was top quality and I was completely satisfied. Normally big repairs/remodels are total headaches, but this big job was easier than most because of their excellent service and staff. You will not regret using them for all your needs. Spoke with a Chad Acree about a roof estimate. Gave him my information and was told he would do a satellite estimate and call me back. He never did. Terrible customer service.
