We had a great time at this place!

This place is great! The managers and staff were very friendly when I went with my friends. They greeted us and I actually met the owner, who was a nice family man! Also, the food actually had great quality! I recommend the chicken tenders, pizza, or cheese sticks! It's great and safe for my whole family and all our friends to go. GREAT PLACE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TRUST ME!

I am the school counselor at Hamilton Middle School and we took our 8th graders here for a field trip. We were not greeted upon arrival. When it was time for lunch, only the students were fed pizza, unlike Incredible Pizza who feeds all chaperones accommodating large groups as a courtesy. Also, when we were leaving, we were not thanked for our services, told to have a good day, please come back etc. Our students were well behaved. I always bring my daughter and nieces and nephews here to skate; however, after today I will not be going to this skating rink anymore. I do plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Educators if you work in an urban school, I highly suggest choosing another venue for skating where your services will be appreciated.

I would not suggest this place at all. My 6 year old daughter and nephew were attacked by another child inside the facility. The assault was stopped quickly by her Mother, because she was watching her skate the entire time. The manager was to inform us if the other child was to be banned from the facility. We have not heard back from him yet. The other kid was a "regular" as he put it and had never had issue with him before. There was no parent supervision, he was dropped off at the location. The owner said he would deal with it if the kid attacked someone else. I suggest you keep an eye on your kids too at this facility. They have been warned about this problem kid. Now its up to them to deal with other parents when they have a child attacked by this "regular".
