Conway HVAC Services install a brand new air conditioner and heating at home and did not change my old ducts out and therefore I was getting no cold air for the price of $8,000.00. I called and left several messages no one replied back to me until I asked to speak to Mr. Conway himself and gave him an ultimate to have my contract void if the problem was not corrected ASAP. They also tried to give me a smaller air conditioner unit then what they took out of my house. I would not recommend them for any services in the future to anyone.

Matthew G. did an awesome job installing replacement Water Heater and explained everything clearly and kept me updated the whole time.

Customer Beware.. Plumber came out because my renter was having water back up from washer, plumber could not find a problem but quoted me $200 to clean all the lines in the house, I said no thanks, so I paid service call fee, me and the renter found a blockage in drain line so I called Conway back told the lady about needing the one drain unstopped, asked would it be cover under the $99 special she say yes, plumber shows up and says $215 to unclog the one drain, Conway wasted my gas and time, will never use again...

Martavis provided excellent service in a prompt, professional and courteous way, and he also went beyond the call of duty to help his customer. He is definitely the guy I want working on my air conditioner.

I recently had a pipe burst under my slab that needed to be repaired. Of course, I called Conway Services because they are professional, reliable, and have already proven themselves with other maintenance needs in my home. Chris A and Josh K came to do the work and boy did they do a great job!! They explained what they were going to do, patiently answered my questions (and I had LOTS of them!), and made sure I was satisfied with the work done before they left. They made a special effort to prep the area to protect my belongings and cleaned up very well after the job was completed. I would strongly recommend this company and these fellows for Any plumbing needs. I will request them again if needed in the future.

Had Conway to service my heating unit. Charlie was professional and paid close attention to detail. Great customer service from Charlie!!

While the technician who came out to diagnose the problem was very nice, the "comfort specialist" they insisted sending out was not. All he did was tell us how we needed a completely new system ($4500-6000), and didn't want to hear us when we told him THREE TIMES we were not in the market for that, nor could we afford that. We needed a new coil, period. He was very pushy, very demanding and would not take no for an answer. He promised someone would call us on Monday with a quote for the work that needed to be done. No call was ever made or received. Will NEVER use this company or recommend them to anyone!

Response to my repair request was quick and courteous. Philip J arrived and quickly gave me the options, best case and worst case. Then he used his skill and experience to make the situation best case. Fantastic job, and they will get my future plumbing business.

Michal C. was the epitome of professionalism. He introduced himself, donned the work booties, assessed the situation, prepared the proposal and went right to work, He was very thorough and cleaned up afterwards as well as restarting the dishwasher, since it ]was involved. I've never had anything but top-notch work from Conway or their representatives. They should be proud to have technicians like Michael C.

Willie G was very polite and courteous. He found an issue with my air conditioner that had it not been fixed could have resulted in serious damage to the unit and possibly my entire home. I'm very pleased with his service and Conway Services as a whole.

Hickory is a very professional, courteous, and friendly technician. He made sure that all our questions were answered and that everything was to our satisfaction.

I scheduled an appointment with Conway Services to get my garbage disposal replaced. From start to finish, the experience was pleasant. The dispatchers and Customer Service Reps were very polite, courteous, and cheerful. They called back to even follow-up on the appointment. Bruce Bates was the plumber who replaced our garbage disposal and he was fantastic. You'd be surprised how many technicians don't introduce themselves properly--but Bruce did. He wore booties before he entered my house. And he asked good questions about the problems we were facing with the old garbage disposal and went right to work. He kept his work area clean and provided some tips on how to keep our disposal at optimal condition and troubleshoot any problems that may occur in the future. Very professional from start to finish! I'll request Bruce specifically the next time I call Conway for my plumbing needs.

I had Conway out to look at replacing my system. This was the second time I had called them and Rob was just as courteous and professional as the first tech (Bruce). You can tell by the attention to detail and their commitment to dotting every i and crossing every t, the techs and reps at Conway must go through extensive customer service training. It seems to be the culture there. The people on the phone were the same way. I'll keep using Conway because I feel like they're honest and competitively priced. That, and I know I'll be treated as a valued customer. What more could you want?

We love Conway Service! Bruce B. was our service specialist, and like previous visits he was thorough, professional and courteous. He was so nice to our family and our dog too! He did plumbing work for us in addition to the yearly plumbing check up and we are very happy with everything. We won't go with anyone else but Conway Service for plumbing and air conditioning.

I just want thank Conway Services and specifically Roger who came out and serviced my air condition unit. Roger was very professional and polite. He was very courteous and show me different things as it pertained to my unit. Most companies come in and do the work and leave were as Roger did his job but showed and explain what he was doing and he did it all in a timely manner. I will be contacting Conway Services again and look forward to meeting Roger again.

Chris G. was terrific and spent nearly 5 hours diagnosing all 4 of our A/C units. He was meticulous and technical expertise was very in-depth. I feel very comfortable with Conway Services giving me accurate information so I can make wise choices on my repairs. I would highly recommend Chris G. to any of my friends.

Worked with Roger from Conway and I trust their experience and honesty

I don't know who the other people are that gave such horrible ratings to Conway but we were completely pleased. Having just moved to Memphis two years ago I have been continually disappointed with the level of customer service from contractors and vendors... that is definitely NOT the case with Conway.



The technician that came to our home for the inspection was courteous and very helpful explaining what was wrong with our equipment. Because of the nature of our problem, a supervisor was called out to confirm the issue and he was there within the hour - he too was nothing but the utmost professional. We had a very candidate discussion about our abilities to finance such an effort and they we worked with us on everything we needed.



The paperwork was quickly sorted and a service/repair appointment scheduled. We received more than one follow up call to ensure that we were happy with the technician's work and confirmed our scheduled appointment.



The technicians scheduled for our appointment showed up on time, were professional, courteous (had a good sense of humor) and also took the time to explain the work they were doing for us when they didn't have to (we are curious homeowners!).



They did a fantastic job and cleaned up all of the mess the work created. We received two follow up customer service calls to ensure we were happy with the work AND the office scheduled our inspection for us (saving us the confusing call).



When the inspection showed one little thing that needed to be fixed, a technician was out the very next day to sort it (and it was a very minor issue). Again, further customer service calls were made to us to ensure we were happy with the work.



All in all - I cannot even begin to imagine how someone else had such a hugely different experience than we did. Yes, the price was higher than we'd hoped for on the entire job but I'm a firm believer in that you get what you pay for - and we definitely got premium service from Conway. (We even got a thank you card for our business along with a tin of cookies - I mean who DOES that?!)
