Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any type of business. First off, they have no communication in their business. One person gave me an appointment time and the service employee knew nothing about the appointment. This happened multiple times. Once they finally show up, I pay for a 1200.00 repair in which they don't seal the freon lines properly and my AC is out for another week until they can come back to fix it. Do not use this business! It is half baked and ran by mediocre people with no real A/C repair skills. The service employee even told me it took him 3 times to pass hvac certification. Their "office" is the back of a clothing store.

The owner was the kindest and funniest person I've ever met, I think his name was Raymond. My air conditioning was fixed in no time after calling them and I haven't had any problems since then. Definitely a 5 star service

The owner is Ryde and it took over a month for him to get my furnace running. I had to call them 30 times and report them to the corporate office. Waste of time and money
