I received excellent service from this company from start to finish. I. Called and got a friendly woman answering my call when my stove wouldn't work and the weather wasn't permitting grill cooking. I had company from out of town and could they fix it fast. They came the next day, it needed a part in stock and was promptly repaired. The service tech was also the owner and I couldnt have asked for more. I would certainly recommend this company.

Horrible experience. They were contracted to come look at my fridge that was under warranty. I called the store on Saturday who said action appliance was closed weekends. They called Monday to say someone would be out Tuesday. The guy determined I needed a new compressor that had to be ordered and it would take one week. Next week, I hear nothing. I call them Thursday and left a message. Friday they called back and said it came in that day and they could come out the following Wednesday.I stated I could not wait that long and did they have some type of priority listing. I have 3 kids and it had already been 2 weeks at that point. (plus I believe the part had been sitting there and they just didn't call). The rude customer service lady was no help & I hung up on her instead of having a screaming match that would have yielded no results. So they guy came out Wed and after less than 2 hours left (they said it would take all afternoon that's another reason I had to wait until Wednesday). The following day fridge still not cooling. Called the store who said the tech would be out again Monday. Monday came & went with no call or anyone showing up. My husband called and they said the tech quit and they had no one to come out. I contacted the store I got it from who tried to resolve with them. They told the store the guy didn't quit; he just had a family emergency. He asked that we be serviced as soon as he returns. Ystrdy made 1 mth since they first came and I still don't have a working refrigerator or a call from them.Rude customer service and incompetent workers.
