Had a birthday party there. It was fine, service ok. However they asked if I wanted bagels for the parents since it was an early party, so I thought that would be a good idea. After the party, I found out they charged me $60 for 2 dozen bagels. When I questioned it, they said that's what bagels cost. I told them the place where they get their bagels from is $10 per dozen, $2 delivery. Then the owner said it was bc they came buttered. I informed him they did not come buttered. His final answer was that was his markup. If I had known that ahead of time I would have brought my own bagels!

Once the snow melted and the lawns started to turn green everyone was itching to get out into the fresh air. While visiting our home one of our 9 grandchildren asked "where are all of your yard toys?" Realizing the need for an outside play area, we set out to find a swing set/jungle gym to keep them actively entertained. Frank at Wood Kingdom of Coram spent a good deal of time with us helping to customize a set that suited our large family. The set was to be delivered and set up the following Saturday. On Thursday prior, the store asked if we were okay having it done on Friday instead as they had another job scheduled in our area. I explained I had a 9:00 appt. They promised to arrive between 7 and 7:30 AM, assuring me I'd get to my appt in plenty of time. They were as good as their word! Timely, efficient and professional are the words that best describe our experience with Wood Kingdom. The quality and service delivered were exceptional. The children love the set, as do we!

I purchased a swing set and a shed. The salesperson was great. The swing set was delivered right away and my kids love it. The shed did take longer then I expected but it was worth the wait because it looks great and is great quality and the installers did a terrific job.

Had my daughters party at laser kingdom and it was great. Staff was helpful and the kids had a great time. We will be back.
