I had never heard of a puffback until I woke up with soot covering everything in my house including my kids. I called my insurance who said to call SERVPRO of Port Jefferson. The rest was pretty easy. Luis was in charge and he and his crew cleaned my house from ceiling to floor and everything else in between. James, the manager, kept in touch with me from the beginning to the end of the job. They were fantastic! What a team. I can't stop telling everyone. *****

Servpro recently cleaned our house after a puff-back. The last day they were there, my wallet, with three $100 bills inside, went missing from my pocketbook. Servpro has refused to compensate me!
