I agree with the review below... Use another location at all costs! I had a pre-paid shipping label and the owner of this store wanted to charge me a service charge for his "time"!?!?!?!? I have never heard of such a thing. I frequently use FedEx and UPS for business deliveries and was appalled. What made it worse was that he was the owner and when he started shouting profanities and ripped up my shipping label and yelled at me to just get out I seriously believed that he was a little out of his mind. Especially considering it was a pre-paid package I was simply trying to drop off for shipping. UPS needs to come into to this store for an eval and take care of some business.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME. I'm in the customer service industry and know how to treat people. The owner here is the most belligerent, ill-behaved, @$$hole I've ever had to deal with. I go in there to get an item shipped, he punches everything in the computer, and then tells me an outrageously high figure. I tell him I'm not paying that much and he immediately becomes irate- saying "well you want to get it there in one piece." I said yes, how much is shipping- it was only half of the price he quoted me! So i said just give me a box and that'll be enough for me. (I planned on doing my own packing and shipping it elsewhere) He stomps to the back of the store and comes back with a HUGE BOX TWICE THE SIZE OF MY ITEM. I simply asked- is this the smallest box you have that will fit my item? He immediately threw the box down and said GET OUT OF MY STORE! YOU NEED TO LEAVE! I was absolutely shocked, and said Are you kidding? You can't just refuse to service me? He said- I CAN REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE. I said you can't treat people like this and UPS would have a problem with it- he said UPS DOESN'T CARE ABOUT IT! Needless to say I am irate and vow to shut this hellhole down. AVOID AT ALL COSTS- I WILL NEVER USE UPS FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN!
