These apartments are disgusting, cockroach infested, horrible places to live. Most of the residents are known drug users or have been previously convicted drug dealers or they are known sex-offenders/prostitutes. DO NOT rent from here, in fact, I would advise against even living nearby the Lodge. The people there are so horrible and the owner is the worst of all. Its a dangerous place to be near after dark and sometimes scary things even happen during the day. I would say how I know all of this, but I am afraid someone may come after me if I reveal that. I would recommend pheasant ridge over this place if you are looking for something affordable and not trashy. I've lived there before and while not ideal it was cozy, completely affordable, and they don't allow sex-offenders to live there or known drug dealers. They perform a background check and then they figure your rent based on your income. Single parents and students are priority on their rentals.
