Bought 5 year warranty they do not honor claims. Stating everything you do to it is normal wear and tear. They made this assertion product unseen. Bought two pieces of furniture refuse to fix either item.

Sales manager is a crook he only wants your money but when you call back after you bought your furniture he will treat you bad. They also blame you for any warranty so that the company will not okay warranty work. They denied my warranty claim stating I sat in the chair to long and this is a reason not to fulfill the warranty

I asked a sales clerk where I could find discounted couches for my man room. She stated nothing was available that was "discounted" and then she left. My wife and I were looking and I heard her say they just want cheap stuff they can find it themselves. You will never catch me or my money in a Simpson Furniture again.

We bought a couch for a fair price. Every request we made was cheerfully honored. The salesperson looked up a coupon I remembered seeing but had not printed out and honored it. They sent us an extra copy of our receipt, delivered for free, and agreed to haul away our old couch when we asked. I would definitely shop here again.
