I usually don't write reviews, but I had a good experience with this company and their staff was much nicer than I had expected for a storage company. I was just storing for a few weeks this late summer and first called to get some information. I spoke with a lady there who was very thurough with the details of how I would go about "signing up" for the room. She helped me find the right size I needed and even told me she would meet me to go see the room to make sure it would work for me. I stopped by the next day, and when I showed up at the office, I was greeted right when I walked in the door by a nice guy at the front desk. He said that the lady I spoke to wasn't working that day, but he was very helpful with my needs. He took me out to the room and showed me exactly what I would be renting. I thought that the pricing was pretty standard for around the area (and maybe just a LITTLE bit higher than some other places), but the staff made the rental very easy on me and the security of the facility was well worth it. They have a one-month minimum, but that was much better than some of the other places I called which do up to 2-month minimums and large deposits.



All-in-all, I had a good experience and will use them again if I need storage since they seemed very professional at storage and making you feel comfortable when renting with them.
