Terrible experience. First, I was overcharged $10 he said he fixed it but I have never been credited the correct amount back on my account. Then, I had a battery and screen replacement. First, I got a bad battery and had to come back within a week to get it replaced. Within two weeks, my "replaced screen" completely turned blue and stopped working indicating a malfunction from the replacement. I went back in again. I asked if I could have a new screen protector since thanks to their mistake, I would lose mine and he said since I didn't buy mine from them I couldn't. I understand that but when it is your mistake and I was overcharged in the first place- this does not make sense. Would not recommend this company for anyone needed service to their phone.

These gentlemen were so helpful. Helped me deal with a scammer and fixed my problems. Highly recommend them.

We discovered a silica bead lodged in the headphone jack of our ipad 2. After unsuccessfully trying to remove it myself, I took it to Digital Doc, expecting to pay $80 for a headphone jack replacement (a non-functioning headphone jack rendered the ipad unless for plane travel with 2 small children....). Instead, the guy took it to the back room and returned four minutes later, having removed the silica bead. AND HE DIDN"T CHARGE ME! I really appreciated the help and service.

I shattered the glass on my camera lens on the back of my phone. I just stopped in and they had it replaced in 5 minutes for $53.

Ted Gerber at the Coralville Digital Doc deserves all 5 stars. The charging port on my Samsung Galaxy S4 went bad and US Cellular referred me to this place to get it fixed. The price was fair and he provided outstanding and friendly customer service. I sat in the waiting room while my phone was fixed and listened to him give genuine, no frills, down-to-earth service to every other customer that entered the door. It would have cost me 6 time as much to replace my phone so I was very happy to have it fixed within 20 min. Will return for future electronic repairs.

After my first experience with Digital Doc, I then realized it's a great one stop shop as I could bring my Macbook in there to get fixed, as well as my ipad, or any other tech products I have. It's pretty great you can get your products fixed, and not just go out and buy a new one! They also have a few accessories, which I scooped some new earbuds and a nice slim iphone case. They also buy your old phones from you, pretty cool! I had a great experience, and the staff was very kind. Anytime I need anything fixed, I'll be going to Digital Doc!

Digital Doc is a real find on the Coralville strip. They replaced the glass on two of my shattered iPhone 4S phones in a few hours. They have a variety of accessories, and will repair practically any phone, tablet, or computer regardless of platform.

Took in my daughters 2 iPhones to get looked at and was treated with quick and friendly service. 30 minutes later I walked out of the store with a working cell phone. The 2 guys at the service desk were very helpful with the questions I had. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I am very satisfied with the work these guys do. I have had them replace the cracked screen on my son's iPhone 5S before. They managed to get my iPhone 6 with a cracked screen working again after it was completely dead. Best part it only took half an hour to get the phone repaired so I was able to get it done over my lunch break.

The guys at Digital Doc were entirely professional. They fixed my iPhone 5c cracked screen in 2 hours as promised and gave me $10 off a new case with the repair. They were courteous and friendly and I think they did great work on my phone. I keep forgetting it was even broken in the first place!

Digital Doc saved me!! I shattered my screen and did not want to deal with Apple, and wanted a quick and easy way to fix it. I dropped off my phone and they were able to replace my screen/make my phone look brand new by the next day! Considering what you can spend on insurance, buying a new phone, or cutting my finger on the cracked glass, the prices are very reasonable and totally worth it.
