I cracked my iPhone and went in to have the screen replaced. The phone was perfectly functional until this place had it for about 3 hours doing god knows what. I pick up my phone and it works for about three days and all of a sudden the screen gets lines across the entire thing mid text. I had to bring it in at least three times within the month after they replaced the screen the first time because it would work for a day or even a couple hours, and freeze up again. Last time I go in and the guy says he cleaned coffee out of the charger port so he accused me of spilling coffee into the phone (which I never did) and that is causing the phone to freeze up and reject the screens. So since they touched it the first time, someone had apparently spilled coffee on my phone while working on it. Now I have a phone that freezes up, shuts off randomly, and the screen barely works. Never bring your phone here.

Bogus store with bogus values. Took a tablet in store to have a micro port repaired and the 3 people working had no clue. The website offers this service at all locations and it's frustrating to have an employee not grasp the concept. Thanks for nothing guys. Will not be returning.

Last Thursday I got a phone call from my 13 year old daughter, only it wasn't from her phone. She had accidentally dropped her iPhone. The screen had popped out, but hadn't cracked. I needed to get this fixed quickly, and just hoped it was the just the screen that needed replaced and nothing more. Not only did the fellas here replace the screen in less than 45 minutes, but it was also the cheapest out of several places I called. They were quick, thorough and professional!
