Let me start by telling you that my experience in the store, and salesman was great!! Very nice people, very helpful and the guy who helped us went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. No complaints there
BUT...... the delivery was another story.
One of the delivery guys was very rude and didn’t even try to put in place the bed that we had purchased, he was so negative, and complained to much!! I’m a bilingual person and he dare use that as an excuse, saying That there was a Language Barrier!!!
Is so easy to stereotype when you don’t want to do the job that you are payed for!! And so in order to get my bed into my room we had to call The salesman to come and find a way to get it into my room. And with some extra help from me and my son we put it into my room with ease. So management do a better job with you delivery team. So I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For the salesman name Zeek for going out of his way to help us!! As for the Delivery guys..... (2nd delivery guys) the 1st two guys that came where awesome!!! But the 2nd delivery crew were the worst!!!!
