THIEVES!!! DO NOT go to Zippy Lube off wiles road in Coral Springs!! They said they could beat my price i had for 2 tires and sensors for my 2016 GMC arcadia, Tires Plus quoted me at $213 +tax, sensors and installation came out to $295 OUT THE DOOR for TWO tires. We STRESSED it was for 2 tires.. He said hed beat it.. Quoted 209+tax.. They put my tires on and then charged my card $443! Refused to take the tires back or refund me.
Then proceeded to say he would take care of me, was a misunderstanding.. But that was just to stop scaring other customers...NEVER DID!! So i paid $443 for 2 tires and no sensors.. That was the price of FOUR at tires plus! They are liars.. And thieves.. PAY 1st BEFORE work is done.. IF you dont heed my warning to not go there to begin with!! I wish i would of done more research on this place before i took my car there.. Its people like us, To help spread the word to others being robbed blind!!

I've been a customer of Zippy Lube for over 10 years and regularly bring my wife and daughter's car in for oil changes. The service is honest and the quality of work is always great and so are the prices.

Ive been bringing my wife's and my car to them every 3 months. 2 weeks ago i brought my car in for a basic oil change. They did not tighten the oil filter. I noticed a huge oil spill on my driveway.
I also noticed a stop car immediately warning. So, I took my Infinity back to Infinity. They told me oil was everywhere-They also said there was no oil left in my car. Engine was close to seizing up. The also cleaned entire bottom of car. Oil was everywhere. 251 dollars latter car was good to go.
So, I went back to see owner Yossi, I explained everything to him-he knows me well. Never have I previously had an issue. I showed him Infinity repair Invoice. He told me I should have brought car back to them. He would not offer to reimburse me even a portion of what I spent on his companies mishandling of my car.
He offered a free oil change...After 12 years of my loyalty not to stand by his work is a disgrace!!
BEWARE-Please go elsewhere-They do not stand by loyal customers. Also almost severely damaged my car. I would have been happy with a 100 dollar credit towards oil change. I asked to see if he could send someone over to clean dangerous oil slick in my driveway -Yossi refused. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Stopped today to get an oil change. AFTER my car was drained I was informed it would cost be $65 because I need synthetic. I asked why all other places only charge me $30? I showed a receipt from Tires Plus ($22). I told him please do not give me the synthetic. I will take my chances. He REFUSED to put anything else in MY vehicle. I told him I would sign whatever, but I did not want to pay $65 for an oil change (no tire rotation, nothing else that took them 10 minutes). He still refused. I went to the dealership after I left and they flat out told me he was ripping me off. Even the dealership only charges $50 - and that a synthetic blend was perfectly acceptable. CONSUMERS BEWARE
