I passed by Toi Nail Spa after having a dinner at Pasquale's Pizza. I am very happy to discover this nail salon. I had deluxe Toi Pedicure. They offer all kind of free drinks: wine, coffee, tea, coke and water. White wine was good after dinner. The salon is extremely clean. The service was beyond expectation. The front desk and nail techs were very friendly. I found out this is one of the 6 salon in south Florida. Recommend everyone to try.

Very clean and professional salon/spa. Very relaxed atmosphere. First class Nail Salon. All services are very good. Second to none. It is my new salon now.

Horrible experience.

I normally schedule my appointment online so I wouldn't have to deal with the reviews I've been reading about but still somehow dealt with it.

My appt was scheduled online for 12noon today. I called today to have my appt time changed to 5. The woman I spoke with confirmed my new appt time for 5p.

Around 255p, I called the spa as I noticed I had a missed call from them around 12:30. Brittany, I guess the receptionist, said she called to tell me I missed my 12p appt. I told Brittany that's impossible being that my appt time was rescheduled to 5p. She said there was no way that could be because Sally was booked for 5. I offered to give her the time I called so she can check her call log to see who took my call but she said "it doesn't matter because Sally is booked at that time". I then asked what other times are available and she placed me on hold. She came back and said Sally's 5p came in early so Sally will be able to take me today at 5pm (the time in question).

At 4:51p, I received a call from Brittany saying that I missed my 4:45 appt and that Sally wouldn't be able all my services because her next customer is at 5:30p. At this point, I'm like "yeah that's fine. I'll be there by 5p.

At 4:58, I signed in at the spa. Brittany comes out and tell me there will be a 20 minute wait for Sally. So now I'm really confused. How is that even possible? What about her 530 appt customer that you just told me about? Brittany offered to place me with someone else and I declined. Clearly, I scheduled an appt with the person I wanted for the time I wanted. She said "okay, I'll be back", went in the back, came out 10 mins later and didn't say anything to me. So I'm sitting there thinking "is she really just going to leave me sitting here"

Today would've been my 3rd appt with Sally (she's phenomenol) but somehow they managed to assign another customer to Sally during my time.

Anyway, this location lacks customer service and competent ppl.
