I brought my engagement party dress here to be altered. The girl absolutely butchered my beautiful expensive dress and then proceeded to argue with us about it. I had picked up my dress the night before my party and had to go out and spend another 200$ to get another dress. Such a hassle the night before my engagement party! The owner gave me a 50$ credit because of the problem. I waited a month to try them again because I was so mad. I brought in some items to be dry cleaned for work just to use the credit. When I went to pick up my clothes, the guy tells me they didn't clean one of my dresses because they tested it and it may bleed. I needed that dress for the next day for a meeting at work. I told the guy that they have had my clothes for a week and that someone should have called to let me know. AGAIN they have fallen short in customer service! Horrible HORRIBLE place and I will NEVER go back again!

We were their 166th customer and since they opened, we brought in dry cleaning every week. I brought in a skirt for cleaning which I was to wear to an out of town wedding. I picked up the skirt along with other items. When I went to pack the skirt, I noticed a very small tag that said there was a stain that they were unable to remove. The stain was quite large and the skirt was not wearable. Although I was upset, I went back to the cleaner with another load of clothing, including a tuxedo, two dresses, two suits, and nine shirts. I told the clerk that I was upset that I was not told about the stain when I picked up the cleaning. I do not know the origin of the stain but I did not discuss that. I expected that they would apologize and at the very least, give me credit for the charge for cleaning the skirt. They did neither. I will never return to this cleaner. This happened once before, two shirts that were cleaned and paid for, had stains and were unwearable. Needless to say, I left with my soiled dry cleaning and am looking for a new dry cleaner.

I had a job interview and was assured on Saturday that I could pick up my suit dry-cleaned after 5 on Monday. On Monday at 1:30 they called me to say that they did not send my suit out ("So sorry!") for cleaning and there was nothing they could (or would) do to make it right. I was able to make a single phone call to another VERY LOCAL dry cleaner who, even though he charged me a premium for 3 hour service was STILL cheaper than the so-called Personal Touch "Dry Cleaner". The sign out front says "Personal Touch DRY CLEANER" but the manager told me they do not actually dry clean anything, they farm it out to a company in Boca. I give 1 star only because the system here will not allow me to give ZERO stars!
