I have been a customer for 25 years. I bought a wonderful Miele vacuum cleaner many years ago from them and they keep it serviced for me. Also they have repaired my sewing machines. They are honest, friendly and prompt. Great place.

I really appreciated the fact that the repairman was able to come to my home the same day I called. He fixed my over 30 year old Kenmore machine in no time and gave me some good advice about buying a sewing machine. I thought I was going to have to pay $700.00 or more for a new machine, but for less than $200.00 my Kenmore is working like a new machine and I am one happy camper.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend them. Where can you go and have someone ask your name and shake your hand? Where can you go where the person you are dealing with actually knows what they are talking about? If you are looking for a vacuum that fits your lifestyle or for your professional needs, this is the place to go. And they do a great job with repairs.

I just purchased a Miele Exclusive vacuum at Gator Vacuum in Coral Springs, FL. I am a first time customer. Sharon was very helpful and knowledgeable of the Miele products. She spent time with me, in order to help me decide what Miele vacuum would be the best choice for my home. Both Sharon and owner Robert were very polite and courteous during the transaction. I will definitely recommend Gator Vacuum to my friends. Thanks again Sharon and Robert for your excellent customer service.

Just want to say thanks again for the recommendation of the Miele Alize! It's been a while so I forgot how great a canister vacuum is! I appreciate all the time Sharon spent with me and I am so glad I didn't buy another cheap upright!

I've purchased two Miele vacuums from Gator Vacuum over the past 12 years and I've had several other brand vacuums serviced by them during that time. Everyone is always polite and friendly but most importantly, they have always provided great service.

Gator Vacuum provides, without doubt, the worst customer relations & service that I and my girlfriend have ever experienced, anywhere, for anything, and any ONE of the rude, offensive, shocking, asinine, and inappropriate comments made by the owner and sales staff would be reason alone for this review, let alone ALL of what was said by Gator ownership & staff when my girlfriend took our Dyson to Gator for service on Friday, January 17, 2014.



In short, and in order:



(1) Gator staff spent more time trying to sell a new vacuum to us than discussing what was needed to repair ours. When we were told the repair cost would be $230 but that we could receive $20 as a trade-in towards a $400+ vacuum, I felt like I had called a sleazy car dealership or pawn shop, not a family-owned vacuum repair store;



(2) Gator refused to offer any warranty on its own repair work or service, telling us we could turn to the manufacturer of replacement parts if they failed, even if just one week later. What, is Gator that afraid of the quality of its work? If that's the case, we all could do just as trustworthy a job fixing our own vacuum cleaners ourselves, with do-it-yourself guides. Sleazy used car dealerships and pawn shops conduct as-is transactions too, so that comparison really does seem to stick;



(3) The owner told my girlfriend that I was "arrogant", "stupid", and "cheap", that I didn't treat her well, and that he felt bad for her, when she said we'd simply take our broken Dyson home and purchase a Hoover at Target instead.



As much as I feel bad for family businesses that suffer in these hard economic times (my own family owns its own business, so I can sympathize) we will all benefit if & when Gator goes out of business or sells out to a real businessperson, because that will be one less business owner mistreating the public who he supposedly serves. If my only choices were to have Gator repair my vacuum cleaner or have another shop do so, I'd gladly drive twice as far and pay twice as much to "the other guy".



Gator's ownership has proven itself to be no less arrogant, stupid, and cheap as it calls the people it relies on to stay in business.



We will be sure that all of our family, friends, colleagues, and acquaintances know to avoid Gator at all cost.

Sharon at Gator Vacuum is the best. She helped me decide which vacuum was the best choice for my new house. The prices are reasonable and they have a great selection of cleaning supplies. I am very pleased with the service I received at Gator Vacuum. Thanks again Sharon!

I'm a new Gator customer living in Boca Raton. I did my research and even shopped in another vacuum store. I decided I probably wanted a Miele, but had lots of questions about models, accessories, etc. I'm glad I took the time to drive to Coral Springs. Robert and his staff are the vacuum experts, as well as providing great customer service. I never buy service plans, but Gator's was too good to pass up. Don't buy a vacuum without visiting Gator.

I have looked for about 15 years to find a vacuum that would handle all my vacuuming needs. It was not until I stumbled into Gator Vacuum that I received an education on vacuums. They asked me questions to see what kind of vacuum I was interested in. I did not feel pressured to get any one type of vacuum. They would have sold me the cheapest one they have if I was interested. After learning about the Miele vacuum cleaners, I was super impressed. I decided to take the plunge and get one. This was the best decision I have ever made!!! This thing does it all and has met and EXCEEDED all my expectations. It is so worth the cost and not having to buy vacuums every 2-3 years. I understand about keeping up with the maintenance to keep it in tip top shape. You would do the same for your car if you want to keep it for a long time. I recommend them highly and I look forward to being a customer for a long time!!!

I love this place. I bought a Miele vac there a few years ago and get it serviced every 6-12 months, they are super friendly and helpful with every type of cleaning you can ask for. I am also a HUGE fan of their window/glass cleaner, I use it on everything.

I have purchased 3 Vacuum Cleaners from Gator Vacuum and am 100% satisfied. My mother also purchased one. We used to be huge Electrolux fans but are now Miele Vacuum fans. I especially love the used Miele I purchased over 5 years ago from them. I have recommended everyone I know that needs Vacuum or even Sewing Machine service to go to Gator Vacuum. I am very satisfied with their service and their expert advise.

They are great, knowledgeable, friendly and not pressuring. I enjoyed buying a Miele there and would go again and will be going to Gator Vacuum to get it serviced but hopefully it won't need it! :)

I bought a vacuum from Gator last year. It is the ONLY place I will take my vacuum for servicing and supplies. The staff is polite, courteous, professional and very helpful. Their prices are also very reasonable.

Extremely Great Customer Service!!!!! I purchased my Power Nozzle and hose kit via the Think Vacuum web site a few years ago. The service, via the website and phone, was great. However, during my vacation to Weston (South Florida), I got to meet the people behind the website, here at Gator Vacuum. I was greeted by the front desk sales person and then the owner came out listen to the problem I was having. He personally took this case, and assured me the problem would be resolved. I have been a customer of Gator Vacuum for over 15 years now and will probably be a customer for as long as I live in South Florida. I am always greeted with a friendly hello and purchased my Miele vacuum cleaner from there over 12 years ago and it is still going strong. I would not think of bringing my vacuum cleaner anywhere but Gator for service.
