This WAS my favorite groomer! Until I received a call today that "there was an emergency" and my dog had escaped and crossed 6 lanes of traffic and was missing. My dog is not a dog with a desire to run away so clear negligence was exhibited here. They have a great set up that if used properly would 100% keep this type of scenario from happening. Obviously, they did not use the safety measures they have in place to keep the animals safe. After my dog was thankfully returned to Bow Wow's by a Good Samaritan mechanic that worked next door who saved his life, I was told I was overreacting by the owner of Bow Wow. Her employee told me I needed to relax and calm down. I was definitely upset and shouting/ cursing, but I am not sure that telling me I was "overreacting" was exactly the way to handle a situation in which my dog easily could have been killed. I am totally disgusted that not only was my dog able to run away from their facility but that they didn't even apologize! Horrible!!

They have been grooming my Cat's and Dog for many years. They treat them like there own pet's I would never bring them any where else.
