over sold so be prepared to wait wait and wait. TVs all tuned to one side, not balanced programming and not aligned to Texas majority views. only one leg press machine, one leg curl machine, one leg extension machine. also layout of equipment could be optimized for better super sets and more equipment.

Crooks!! They have an F rating on the Better Business Bureau. Don't make my mistake and check ratings first. They lie to you to get you to sign up and overcharge you. Watch the small print and double-check everything they put down and don't believe a word they say. Don't expect help from the corporate office. Samantha in the corporate office, who she claims is the only person that you can talk to is rude and thrives on screwing people out of thier money even when they clearly made the mistake! Absolute crooks!! Go to any of the new gyms that have the same low rates or go to a much better club like LA Fitness.

Sr. Sales Manager, Keith Dykes...

Sr. Sales Manager, Keith Dykes purposely tried to scare me at Express Fitness, now called Texas Family Fitness in Coppell, TX… and it worked. He asked me back to his desk, and then become very hostile when I told him I would like to close my account. He proceeded to intimidate me by aggressively asking over and over why I was closing my account, where I live and work. He criticized and mocked my responses of ‘I am not committed, I don’t have the time.’ I finally just stopped answering his questions and stayed silent, and he kept repeating himself making hard eye contact. This came from a man that is much larger than me and covered in tattoos. His actions where inappropriate and disrespectful. Beware of the this bully during business transactions at the gym.

Definitely don't get treated like it's an Express...

I joined Express Fitness about 2 months ago. When I first walked in, I received a friendly greeting from Kelly. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. She showed me around the gym and explained some of the machines. I wasn't pressured into signing up either which was greatly appreciated. Everytime I see Kelly since I joined she always says hello and asks how I'm doing. In addition to Kelly, the others that work the front desk are also very friendly. When looking for a place to work out, I didn't want to join a large gym where I would just be a number and have to wait to use equipment. I love working out at Express Fitness I've only had to wait about 5 minutes one time to use a tredmill during the peak workout time 5:30PM. The people who work out at the gym are very friendly and are really nice about letting a person work in to their equipment while they are also using them.

I've also had the experience with working with a trainer at the gym. I had a fear of going to the gym and not knowing what to do. I didn't want to stay on the typical cardio machines in which most females are on so I signed up for 10 sessions with a trainer. It was one of the smartest decisions I've ever made. He was very helpful and encouraging. He offered many tips and showed me where I needed to improve. If looking for a personal trainer I'd recommend Adam, Dan, or Robbie, they are awesome!
