DON'T GO HERE!! The manager is rude and I find it very convenient and odd that after I complained about their service that my oil dipstick tube AND transmission dipstick tube came up broken after the oil change!! The dealership said it was very odd of a break on both of them and that at time of last oil change they should've noticed this when checking the fluids so they broke them afterwards! They are the most dishonest people and should be shut down! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau!

Jenny made this store run, come to find out she is no longer there for whatever reason, but that is besides the point. The new manager is condescending and treated me like i was dumb. My dad use to race cars so i know the basics about cars. I was charge over $150 labor on switching out 6 SPARK PLUGS not including the plugs them selves. 150% percent markup on one coil that would cost $64 (the most exspensive one at Autozone). This i found out after the work was done by doing research and looking at the receipt. If you like to be screwed over and overcharged go all you want. If you want to be treated like a person go anywhere else.

As a Coppell resident, I was using this Goodyear since 2008. When Jenny was there as a store manager, the staff was good and friendly. She used to give best competitive quotes and never loose her customer. Things changed over a year. Under new manager, the staff is not friendly. They gave me 1.5 times higher quote for the repairs. When I asked them to match their competitor price, manager said "no". His feelings like: if you have money, come to my store. Please get another opinion at NTB or Firestone. I do not go again to this place and recommend.
