When I check on a movie or a Television series, the staff there are very helpful with the genre of what I'm interested in. Above my expectations of customer service and movie experts.

We moved to Coppell about half a year ago and really didnt pay much attention to Family Video ... we always used Redbox... I was looking for a movie I couldnt get at redbox and decided to give Family Video a try. We havent been back to Redbox since....great atmosphere everyone is so friendly and helpful and the movies and prices are great.... fully recommend!!!

They are always friendly and helpful. Waiting to try and get something specific but they don't have it in stock? Ask them when current rentals are scheduled for return, feel free to ask for recommendations or personal opinions. they hire good reliable intelligent help, prices are even better than redbox or netflix
