I've been bringing my Maltese here for 5 years and have never had a bad experience. She had a show coat for many of those years. Splash and Dash's program allowed for weekly baths and brushes at an incredible monthly price. Thats the only way we could have maintained her hair.



The owners are always on site, and are friendly and professional. I also like that they don't ever promise more than can be delivered. When my Maltese was coming in weekly with mats (2 kids and not enough time for day to day brushing), John GENTLY recommended we go shorter. No guilt, just professional courtesy.



And a shout out to Marissa! She's great up front with check-in. Love her!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. During a regular grooming appointment, they cut a 3" x 1" chunk out of the side of my dog, that went more than 1/4" deep. After declaring it an accident caused by the groomer/tool, the owner went on to shrug his shoulders and say "it is what it is", and that I was responsible for any vet bills to care for him. He proceeded to say the issue was my fault, since there was evidently a matted section of hair, because I wasn't bringing him in often enough! Seriously???



After $200 in vet visits, stitches, antibiotics, pain killers, and 3 weeks of healing….. we're finally at a point that we can take the protective cone off his head to continue healing. I've never been so disgusted with the way this was handled!!! I never write reviews… but I want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I will never come back... I have a new puppy a Standard Poodle, I took him the first time a few month ago for a partial trim, I am keeping his hair long, they did a good job except for the fact that they shaved between his eyes way too much and it did not look right since he is not shaved at all. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a second time and I brought him back a couple of months later for another partial trim.. this time I talked to the owner and I was very specific about the trim, told him I wanted the same they did last time but not to shave down between his eyes, but enough of a trim that he could see, and of course the sanitary cut, ear hair pluck from the inside etc... just the regular routine. When I picked him up his eyes were covered with hair , they did not trim almost nothing he could not see, the hair inside his ears were not plucked at all, they did not even touch them!!, and to make it worse for the sanitary cut, the groomer decided to shaved him all the way down to his bottom, in between his legs and his private parts... IT IS A LONG HAIR DOG, YOU DO NOT SHAVED HIS REAR THAT WAY, OR HIS PRIVATE PARTS!!! and now one of his balls is irritated red as a berry and swollen and a nasty white zit, because of the razor, if it does not get better by the end of this week I will have to take him to the vet. I took him back and asked them to fix the eyes, and ears and they took him back inside and the girl over there at that time chopped his hair over his eyes, and still did not plucked the hair from the inside of the ears.. NOW for a THIRD time they took him back in and finally took care of the ears... I am not coming come back ever, I tried to give them my business twice and it did not work... I could have gone to any other groomer but I choose them, they need to do what they tell you they are going to do... Consistency is the key here, I was expecting the same from the first visit but with a little change, but what I got is a dog with a shaved rear and private parts…
