Provided by YP.comThe bank has the worse teller EVER in their drive through window. She caused my account severe problems because a deposit was not handled correctly. I made a deposit of $75.00 ($60.00 cash and $15.00 check). She issued the deposit receipt as a $75.00 total deposit but did not have any cash on the receipt so when she did her counting at the end of the day, she changed my deposit to a $15.00 deposit. Thank God I hung onto my receipt because I got NO help from anyone at the bank until I told them I had a receipt reflecting $75.00 deposit. I was still told lby the bank's personnel that I would have to wait until they checked their transactions and would call me back. Again, I went into the bank with some change that I needed to deposit immediately because I needed groceries and was told they could not count my money that it had to be sent to another branch and once it was counted it would take five to seven days to reflect the deposit. I get social security disability once a month and after ten years plus with this bank, this is how I was treated. Recommend you search for another bank because that is what I am in the process of doing myself. They are NOT for the customer. The assistance vice president has even less knowledge than the drive through window teller which should say all you need to know.
