I've been a customer of Hamad's for years, Roger does a very good job, honest, trustworthy and reliable!!

They did a very good job on my car, they gave me an honest assessment and didn't try to rip me off like the dealerships. Very reasonable price too, & an awesome customer service,,, I'm definitely a loyal customer!!

I like it because it's a Locally owned shop, that does very good and honest work at a good price....

I've been trying to give these guys the benefit of the doubt because of their convenience for years. I'm fed up. They screwed me on an insurance claim. It took them 3 tries to fix my emissions issue. They screwed up my tire balance. The customer service is terrible. My vehicle will sit there for a week without a phone call. I tell them to check all my belts and the only one they don't check is the only one I care about, the timing belt. The guy says "well we have to take the cover off for that." Well take F$%&ing cover off and check it you moron! After at least three years I can tell you they are lazy and/or incompetent and I'm never going back.
