I needed to have several trees cut back at my mother's property from the roof line and have 2 dead trees removed. I called to schedule an estimate, they came exactly when they said they would and were very thorough in in explaining what needed to be done. I was totally satisfied with the price and the job they did. They left my mother's property clean and neat.

I had gotten three estimates and Cheap Charlie’s Tree Service was much cheaper than the other two. I had quite a few trees that were close to my house that needed to be removed and I was a bit nervous. I was surprised how methodical their process was and was impressed by the way every person in the crew worked seamlessly with each other. These guys are really great at what they do! Give them a try, you'll be pleased!

They were doing a job in my neighborhood... I ask them to give me a price to remove 2 large trees. The price was actually less than I expected to pay and within a few days later they came back and did removed the trees. The clean up was ecellent! GREAT JOB!

I'm extremely disappointed with the recent services performed in my yard by cheap charlie tree service. on Oct 1, 2016, the owner Charlie came to my yard to inspect a tree I wanted removed. He gave me a $395.00 estimate for a tree and Stump removal. 2 days later on October 3, 2016 and to my bewilderment, Charlie quoted a much higher estimate of $500.00 for the same exact work e,pe Ted to be done on that tree. Being recently widowed I decided against my better judgment and agree to contract Cheap Charlie tree service.
The work they performed was completely unsatisfactory. A large pike of wood chips from the tree were left behind and they need eric removed the tree'stump roots. After calling Cheap Charlie tree service to voice my displeasure, I was told by the mm that the removal of the roots is an additional cost. At no time during the 10/1/2016 & 10/3/2016 estimates was this mentioned and I was totally understand the impression the removal of the roots was part of the overall job. Why would I think differently? IF I WANT A TREE REMOVED, I WANT ALL PARTS OF THE TREE REMOVED!! Now obviously and in order to get the roots removed, I will have to hire the services of another company because honestly, I can no longer trust Cheap Charlie tree service.

I don't think it is fair how this company (who has all the expertise in this profession) can take advantage and scam consumers who are in need. This is a disgrace and something should definitely be done with the way Cheap Charlie tree services conducts business and treats the general public.

I needed some trees remover from the front of my new home. Creap Charlie's thy did grate work.

A tree fall on his garden. We called Cheap Charlie's thy came gave me a estimate. The work was dun in a few days. Very happy with the job.

I can't tell you how many tree guys I called no one would call me back. Till a friend gave me Cheap Charlie's #. The woman I talk to on the phone was so nice. She set up a time for them to come look at what needed to be dun. Thy told me thy would be back on Monday at 9 to do the work. Be for I new it the tree was down cut up and out of my yard. Fast and grate work could not have asked for better.....

the worst tree service in business. They are lie to their customers and are rude women in customer service. They should be and will be out of busines with all the BBB reports going against them shortly. Being rude to people on the phone shows their ignorance....you have no idea who knows who in this world!!

We had two trees fall on our property, one on our house and one on our garage due to Hurricane Sandy, We had numerous tree people come to look at our problem . They all had excuses as to why they could not come soon Too busy, needed a crane, too dangerous, Etc. We luckily heard of Cheap Charie. We called them , they looked, gave us the cheapest estimate by far. Told us when they could come , they came as promised , did a fantastic job .Cleaned up nicely, even did a few extra things we asked for (no extra charge) .I would recommend them highly to all my friends..
